Kaizer Chiefs fly NABI to JHB to OFFER job! – UPDATE

Kaizer Chiefs management have officially flown over a international coach to Johannesburg to OFFER him the Amakhosi job.

Amakhosi management have flown Nassredine Nabi to Johannesburg with the vision of him taking over the Naturena hot season next season.

So, will he be taking over from Arthur Zwane next season?

CHIEFS HIERACHY FLY NABI TO JOHANNESBURG

The Chiefs hierarchy are very serious about Nabi.

They even arranged for the Yanga SC coach to fly down to Johannesburg to discuss the potential of him taking over as Chiefs head coach, according to recent reports on SoccerLaduma.

Various reports have stated that he is interested in this role too.

Meaning, he is one of the leading candidates to coach Amakhosi next season. However, it is unclear if Zwane’s position at Naturena is under jeopardy or if he will just work alongside Nabi if he is appointed.

Amakhosi management initially seemed keen on handing Zwane a lifeline. This, under the condition that he works under a senior coach.

Therefore, if Nabi is appointed, it does guarantee that Zwane will leave.

ZWANE’F FUTURE SET TO CHANGE

As previously discussed, If Zwane stays, he will have to work alongside a senior coach.

Meaning, either he will take up a new role at Chiefs or worse case scenario, he could still face the axe. However, it appears more likely that Amakhosi management will hand him a lifeline if he works alongside an experienced PSL coach.
