The 2024 Formula One season will feature a record 24 races, the sixth of which will take place in Miami in the United States.

The opening two races of the season took place in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and were both won in dominant fashion by Red Bull’s defending world champion Max Verstappen.

The third race saw Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz come out on tops at the Australian Grand Prix.

Verstappen was back to winning ways in the most recent two races in Japan and China.

The 2024 Miami Grand Prix will take place at the Miami International Autodrome on Sunday, 5 May.

The lights will go out at 22:00 (SA time).

As a reminder, last year’s Miami Grand Prix was won by Verstappen with his Red Bull team-mate Sergio Perez in second. Fernando Alonso in his Aston Martin rounded out the podium.
