Sis Pinky’s ATM robbery attempt voice note story goes VIRAL

An elderly woman, simply known as Sis Pinky, has had Mzansi laughing out loud since Thursday. Her hilarious WhatsApp voice note tells a story of how she denied two suspects who attempted to rob her at an ATM in Mdantsane, East London.

Nothing funny, you think? Well, the way she told the story has sent the nation into total hysterics. To top it all, the attempted robbery failed.

SIS PINKY DENIES ROBBERS AT ATM IN MDANTSANE

According to the story she tells her son, Sis Pinky was picking up a fish parcel from someone when she suddenly decided to stop for some cash at a rather dodgy petrol station with ATMs in Mdantsane. It was where she encountered a young girl and two men who came out of a Toyota Corolla.

Telling the story in a mix of Xhosa, slang, and English, she says the first suspect came near her with a bank card in his hand. She could tell by his shabby look and flea-like appearance there was no way the fellow owned a bank account.

Soon after, a second suspect appeared on sight. She says this one was a scary, lanky man and was coming right towards her. Meanwhile, the ATM was beginning to eject Sis Pinky’s cash.

She immediately assaulted him with swear words that can not be written in news media. He took out a gun but that only prompted her to verbally assault him harder.

COLOURFUL WORD EXCHANGE BETWEEN SIS PINKY AND SUSPECT

Her life was threatened with a gun, but Sis Pinky verbally assaulted the armed suspect about his mother, his intelligence, his pride as a robber, and while also adding to say she is a woman of class and therefore should never be messed with.

Sis Pinky told the man that she is not some country bumpkin, she wears Brazilian shoes, unlike his mother. While all the word explosives dropped, she placed her money in her purse despite the suspect pointing a gun towards her.

Sis Pinky did not describe how exactly she left the scene after she verbally attacked the suspect, but her voice note concluded with a warning that criminals will never succeed with her and that people should be vigilant at the said petrol station’s ATM in Mdantsane.
