What’s your favourite smell when baking? If it’s warm dough with a hint of cinnamon, you’ve probably got cinnamon rolls in the oven. But, maybe you’re not so lucky yet and that’s why you need to make these easy homemade cinnamon rolls with butter and cream cheese icing for yourself and the family.
The dough is super light and will roll into perfect swirls that hold onto your cinnamon sugar filling. You can also add some cocoa powder if you want some chocolate flavour too. To portion them perfectly, some cotton string helps you out. The glaze is just made with some icing sugar, butter and cream cheese.
