Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 15 ml lemon and herb spice

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • salt and pepper

  • garnish

Method

  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix in olive oil and spices.
  • Place on a baking tray and roast for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  • Sprinkle garnish and serve as a side dish
