Ingredients

  • 80 g rocket

  • 1 blue cheese

  • 1 preserved fig

  • 75 ml Cabernet Sauvignon Balsamic Dressing

  • 1 avocado

Method

  • In a salad bowl add the rocket leaves.
  • Crumble in the blue cheese.
  • Add the sliced avocado.
  • Thinly slice two preserved figs and add to the salad.
  • Finally, dress the salad with the cabernet sauvignon balsamic dressing.
