Sweet caramel fudge suggestions

You want to make a light caramel before adding the condensed milk, but be aware that boiling sugar is very dangerous, so take care. If you want to add another layer of flavour, add a pinch of salt for slightly salted caramel fudge. An easy way to cut the still warm fudge is to warm a knife under hot water to slice more evenly. The recipe is super simple and will provide loads of joy as the sugar hits your body and soul. Wrap them up and give some fudge as a gift too.
