Ingredients

  • Beef bangers
  • 8 beef bangers

  • 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

  • cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 5 g fresh thyme

  • 80 g broccoli quartered

  • Puree
  • 300 g cauliflower

  • 300 g broccoli

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tsp butter

  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven and line the bangers in a baking tray and toss them inside the oven, roast and coat the bangers with the ingredients.
  • Roast for 20 minutes and keep shaking the tray so that the bangers can get colour.
  • Meanwhile place cauliflower and broccoli in a pot, add milk, garlic, butter and cook until the cauliflower and broccoli are soft.
  • Remove from heat, strain the milk and use a hand blender to blend the cauliflower mixture.
  • Add the milk and season when it’s blended soft to a puree and serve with the bangers.
