Pitso Mosimane chasing Kaizer Chiefs transfer target

Pitso Mosimane is chasing the signature of a player that has strongly been linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs in the recent past!

Kaizer Chiefs have long been linked with a move for Stellenbosch FC star attacker Iqraam Rayners.

The Glamour Boys have struggled for goals and Rayners has been identified as the perfect signing for Cavin Johnson’s side.

According to the latest reports however, Chiefs are not the only side interested in signing Rayners!

Pitso Mosimane pushed to sign the speedy attacker for his new Saudi Arabian side Abha FC!

It remains to be seen if Mosimane will remain at Abha beyond the end of the season however if he does, it’s unlikely Kaizer Chiefs will be able to out-bid Mosimane in a transfer shootout for Rayners!

Pitso Mosimane chasing key Kaizer Chiefs target?

“This publication understands that Mosimane’s club submitted a bid for Rayners just after the Premier Soccer League window transfer closed and Stellenbosch rejected the offer.” an IdiskiTimes report read.

“The PSL summer transfer window was closed on 26th January, while the window in Saudi Arabia was open until 30th January.”

The publication further revealed that Stellenbosch were reluctant to sell their star man as they didn’t have any replacement lined up.

In other news, former Kaizer Chiefs star Siyabonga Ngezana is flourishing in Europe!

The towering defender earned a blockbuster move to Romanian giants FCSB at the beginning of the season.

After a slow start to life in Bucharest, Ngezana is now in full throttle, putting on a number of sterling performances for his side.

According to outspoken FCSB boss Gigi Becali, if Ngezana improves his ‘technique’, his market value could shoot up to over €70 million!

“Ask opposing players how they feel when playing Ngezana and Dawa,” Becali told DigiSport as quoted by IdiskiTimes.

“These are panthers. No one can bow their head in front of them. If they also had technique, they were €70 to €80 million players.”
