Sundowns striker leaves Chloorkop

Certain Mamelodi Sundowns players require a few years away from Chloorkop. The latest seems to be Thabang Sibanyoni.

After only 14 appearances for SuperSport United last season, Mamelodi Sundowns have set another loan spell for Thabang Sibanyoni.

MAMELODI SUNDOWNS STRIKER RETURNS TO AMATUKS

According to FARPost, the 27-year-old center forward has gone back to AmaTuks in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.

“Thabang Sibanyoni is back at AmaTuks, he’s going to spend the next season with the club,” a source told the outlet.

“You have to remember that this is not the first time that Sibanyoni is on loan at Tuks.

“The last time he played for the club he did very well. So he’s a quality striker who always have goals with him and they love him at Tuks,” the source added.

THIRD KABO YELLOW STAR TO CAPE TOWN SPURS?

Another Mamelodi Sundowns player may be moving to Cape Town Spurs. Promise Mkhuma has been spotted at Ikamva.

Having spent last season on loan at All Stars in the Motsepe Foundation Championship (MFC), the 23-year-old Mkhuma has taken a flight to Cape Town.

The South African can exclusively reveal that the left-winger was training in Parow with the Urban Warriors on Monday.

It remains to be seen if coach Shaun Bartlett will decide on signing the Tshwane-born attacker or not.

Meanwhile, Cape Town Spurs have recently signed two Sundowns players on loan for next season.

The duo includes the 21-year-old left-back Siyanda Msani, as well as Luvuyo Phewa, 23, in attack.

Additionally, Spurs have also retained Orlando Pirates‘ Boitumelo Radiopane for another season on loan.
