Subsequent reports said the Soweto giants even received and accepted an offer to sell Bimenyimana.

“Bimenyimana took the first possible flight out to Casablanca on Friday evening and met with his representatives in the North African state where they are currently in talks for personal terms with the Botola Pro giants,” a report on iDiski Times said.

BIG U-TURN

Meanwhile, Bimenyimana was surprisingly spotted with Amakhosi on Tuesday.

Coach Ntseki was duly asked to explain the twist. According to the former Bafana Bafana coach, the striker is simply back to stay with Chiefs.

“Caleb [Bimenyimana] is with us now, we were just training today, he’s with us,” said Ntseki via FARPost.

“We are wishing him all the best of luck as a Kaizer Chiefs player. Hopefully, he will turn things around this season,” Ntseki concluded.
