Kaizer Chiefs new signing heaps praise on the club

“What has been outstanding, a key component is the standards you know. When I say cut above the rest, that’s what I associate Kaizer Chiefs with.” Msimango said as quoted by Citizen.

“Not only the badge but the way they do things, the way they run things on and off the pitch, down from your health, your diet, to your performance on the pitch.

“You know the detail that they focus on, sprint distances, top speed, all those small details that contribute to a person’s performance, they focus on.”

In other news, former Kaizer Chiefs winger Robson Muchichwa has opened up about the club’s new signings.

The Glamour Boys rang the changes following a disappointing last season in which they failed to win any silverware.

The Amakhosi have signed Thatayaone Ditlhokwe, Ranga Chivaviro, Tebogo Potsane, Mduduzi Mdantsane, Pule Mmodi, Given Msimango and Edson Castillo.

While the Amakhosi jersey has proven to be too heavy for many new signings in the past, Robson Muchichwa is hoping this won’t be the case next season.

“They are good when they play for their previous teams. But will they fit into the Chiefs way of playing?” the former Kaizer Chiefs star told SoccerLaduma.

“I think the jersey is heavy for them. I just hope these ones will prove to be different and continue where they left off at their previous club. But in general, these are good players.

“These two defenders (Given Msimango and Thatayaone Ditlhokwe) did very well for their clubs. They were pillars at their respective teams.

“If they can do the same for Chiefs then they will bring the best to the team and improve their chances to play for their national teams. Seriously, I am happy with these signings. I hope the jersey won’t be heavy for them.”
