Solly Msimanga re-elected DA leader in Gauteng
Solly Msimanga emerged victorious in the DA Gauteng congress as he was re-elected as party leader in the province.

Solly Msimanga was re-elected as Democratic Alliance (DA) leader in Gauteng after beating Nkhumeni Ramulifho.
The party held its elective congress on Saturday, 12 August.

The party said Gauteng is a battleground province, and heading into the 2024 Elections the elected provincial leadership will play a vital role to help rescue the province.

In his acceptance speech Msimanga said the party has to intensify its pressure in holding the ANC accountable in the legislature
