Bread is one of the world’s universal food languages. Almost every culture around the world has some form of bread, made from all kinds of ingredients and in many different shapes and sizes. Our Seeded Burger Rolls are light on the inside, crunchy and golden on the outside whole being the perfect vessel for burger ingredients or just a whole lot of real butter.

This delicious Seeded Burger Rolls recipe is perfect for the seasoned or beginner baker. Baking takes patience but it is worth it. Using dry yeast starts the process easily and kneading this dough is relatively quick and easy. The egg wash on top helps the bread rolls create a beautiful golden brown and shiny crust on top. If you want it to be even shinier, brush some melted butter on top as it comes out of the oven. These rolls are perfect for burgers if they are the right side, but are perfect with some real butter and anything else, if you think it’s necessary.
