  • Salad
  • 1 head 1 crisp lettuce

  • ½ cup ½ matured cheddar cheese, grated

  • ½ cup ½ red onion, chopped

  • ½ cup ½ sliced black olives

  • 4 4 tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 cup 1 tortilla chips, crushed

  • Avocado dressing
  • 1 1 avocado, mashed

  • 1 tablespoon 1 lemon juice

  • ½ cup ½ sour cream

  • ½ cup ½ vegetable oil

  • ½ teaspoon ½ sugar

  • ½ teaspoon ½ garlic, crushed

  • ½ teaspoon ½ chilli powder


  • Salad
  • Break the lettuce into bite pieces.
  • Combine the lettuce, cheese, onions, olives and tomatoes in a salad bowl.
  • Avocado dressing
  • Add the avocado, lemon juice, sour cream, oil, sugar and garlic and chilli powder in a blender and blend.
  • Toss the salad with the dressing and add crushed tortilla chips.
