Fill your home with the delicious aroma of freshly baked herbed beer bread. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare and will engulf your kitchen with the comforting smell associated with a bakery.

Whipping the ingredients together does not even take 15 minutes and then the herbed beer bread need to bake in the oven for 55 minutes. First, it bakes for 10 minutes at a high temperature and then you reduce the temperature for the next 30 minutes. Then, remove the bread from the oven to brush it with olive oil and pop it back into the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

Since you use beer in this recipe, there is no need for you to include yeast or the traditional rising of this dough before you bake the bread.

When ready, remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing a thick slice, slathering it with butter and enjoying the soft, fresh bread right in your own home.
