They are loaded with flavour but so low in calories that you will not have to be worried that you will jeopardise any weight loss journey you might be following. And if you are not trying to lose weight, these veggie chips are still a great snack to make sure you indulge in wholesome food choices.

Preparing these veggie chips are so quick and easy. Just 10 minutes to cut all the veggies into slices and season them. Next, pop into the oven for 30 minutes and your delicious snack is ready to enjoy.

  • 350 g 350 zucchini, diced

  • 1 large 1 carrot, diced

  • 1 large 1 potato, diced

  • 1 large 1 tomato, diced

  • 1 medium 1 beetroot, diced

  • 1 tablespoon 1 extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 pinch 1 salt

  • 1 pinch 1 ground black pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Wash and dry the zucchini, carrot, potato, tomato and beetroot into thin slices.
  • Place onto a baking sheet and dab until fully dry.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the veggie chips, as well as the salt and pepper.
  • Place into the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
