Chicken is one of the world’s favourite meats for a reason. You can cook it in many different ways and it will always be tasty. If you add some mushrooms, they compliment the flavour quite nicely. Also, you want your chicken to be tender as possible for the best experience. Our beer chicken and mushrooms will become a new family favourite during the week. It’s simple to make and you probably won’t need to go shopping either.

Tips for beer chicken and mushrooms

Did you know that beer is perfect way to add some flavour and tenderness to the chicken? Beer helps break down tough tissue, naturally tenderizing the chicken. Add some cream with about 5-10 minutes from serving to thicken the sauce.
