The creamy richness of mixed with different ingredients like yoghurt, coconut, chocolate, greens, or peanut butter will brighten your day.

CLASSIC BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based), 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice, ice cubes (optional).

Instructions: Peel and slice the place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired for a colder and thicker consistency. Serve and enjoy!

TROPICAL BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen), 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, ice cubes (optional).

Instructions: Peel and slice the bananas. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a colder smoothie, include some ice cubes while blending. Pour into glasses, sprinkle shredded coconut on top, and serve.

CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based), 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, ice cubes (optional).

Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup spinach or kale leaves, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk), 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice.

Instructions: Peel and slice and add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to adjust the sweetness or consistency to your preference by adding more honey or milk. Pour into glasses and sip on this nutritious green smoothie.

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE
