This drink is zesty and fun thanks to the addition of the ginger wine and lemon wedges which you can squeeze into the drink. The citrus notes in the Pogues whiskey will be complimented with each sip. The soda water brings some lightness to the party which also means that you can have more than one in quick succession. It’s a drink that will get the banter started and the stories come out as you spend time with your favourite people.

- Build and Stir.
