Daniela Elser, a royal commentator claims that Prince William “abandoned” his wife Kate Middleton after reportedly taking the infamous photo which landed her in hot water.

THE PHOTOSHOP FAIL DRAMA

Kate Middleton landed herself in hot water after she edited a photo of herself with her three kids – Prince George (10), Princess Charlotte (8) and Prince Louis (5). Instagram has since labelled the photo “Altered photo/video. The same altered photo was reviewed by independent fact checkers in another photo.”

“Thank you for your kind wishes and continued support over the last two months. Wishing everyone a Happy Mother’s Day,” she captioned the photo.

The Princess of Wales thereafter admitted to editing the photo and apologised.

“Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day,” she tweeted.

PRINCE WILLIAM ‘ABANDONS’ KATE MIDDLETON

In the aftermath of the photo editing fail, Princess Kate face backlash as AFP withdrew their trust in Kensington Palace. While CNN reviewed previous images supplied by the palace and Instagram added a warning as displayed above.

Royal commentator Daniela Elser reportedly said that despite Prince William being the one who took the photo, he has been absent from public support. Therefore, leaving Kate to deal with the apology alone.

“You and I should, by rights, know all about Queen Jane. She was the woman who, depending on which historian you ask and how close to lunch, was meant to be England’s first regnant Queen – that is, who ruled in her own right,” he wrote according to New York Post.

“Instead, nine days after the 17-year-old was forcibly pushed onto the throne by her father-in-law, the Duke of Northumberland, something Lady Jane never actually wanted herself, she was forced to relinquish it and was duly executed. At the end, even her father had abandoned her cause,” he continued.
