How to track down Paris Hilton? Kathy would call the New York Post
Kathy Hilton says that she would call the New York Post to find out where her daughter Paris was because she would not return home for days.

American actress and socialite Kathy Hilton revealed she would call the New York Post to find out where her daughter, Paris Hilton was, via SiriusXM’s Lunch With Bruce podcast on Wednesday 5 October.
KATHY ADMITS TO CALLING NEW YORK POST TO LOCATE PARIS
Kathy Hilton confessed that she would call the New York Post to find out where her daughter Paris Hilton was in order to locate her.
“ I used to call the city desk at the New York Post. I would call the city desk and say at 1 in the morning, ‘Excuse me, hi, it’s Kathy Hilton. Uh, do you by any chance know Paris, where she is right now?,” recalled Kathy.
“Usually, they’d be able to track exactly. ‘She was seen at 11:47 [p.m.] or 12:43 [a.m.] at O Bar or this [spot],” she continued.
She went on to say that she would lose sleep worrying about Paris because the heiress would not return home for days.
“This is the way I lived for years. My husband [Richard Hilton] had to get up and work in the morning. So eventually he’d go to sleep. But I was up waiting all night,” she added.
“She was sneaking out and she’d go missing and I wouldn’t be able to find her. “Let’s put it this way — it got very out of control and I was scared for her. And my husband was very scared for her. And, you know, those nightclubs go on all night,” she continued.

IS THIS WHY PARIS ATTENDED BOARDING SCHOOL?
Kathy mentioned that she once went two days without knowing where her daughter was. She detailed an instance of also hearing “blood-curdling” screaming and the phone hangs up.
“How about for two days not knowing where your daughter is, and once hearing blood-curdling screaming, and then the phone hangs up,” she recalled.
She went on to say that she did what she had to do and she sometimes gets some flack for it. She may have been referring to her decision to send Paris to Utah’s Provo Canyon School — the boarding school for “troubled youth”. This is the boarding school where Paris alleges she was abused.
“There’s a lot of stuff people don’t know. And I did get some flack. Well, trust me. I did what I had to do,” said Kathy.
Paris Hilton testified against the school in February this year.
“The staff would say terrible things. They were constantly making me feel bad about myself and bully me. I think it was their goal to break us down. And they were physically abusive, hitting and strangling us.They wanted to instill fear in the kids so we’d be too scared to disobey them,” said Paris according to People.
