Former Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni took to X (the platform previously known as Twitter) and showed his social media followers photos of his latest meal.

In 2021, President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the resignation of the South African seasoned Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni, IOL reported. Enoch Godongwana was appointment as his replacement.
Since turning his back on politics, Mboweni has found that his new love is in the kitchen. However, he has been criticised for his cooking. On his timelines, he often posts pictures of his masterpieces which can surely be argued as disastrous by many.
Nonetheless, he has recently wowed netizens once again with his latest dinner. He is known to use excessive amounts of tomatoes and garlic, however fall short when it comes to seasoning. Fortunately, this time, it seems Mboweni didn’t prepare his own meal, however, that still had no effect on the reactions from his social media followers.
Taking to his timelines on Thursday evening, 14 March, Mboweni posted several photos of his dinner and wrote: “After a long day of corporate meetings, I decided to come here for a chicken noodle soup. Very nice!!”
