MIKE TYSON SET TO FACE JAKE PAUL IN THE BOXING RING

Mike Tyson will be going against YouTuber turned fighter Jake Paul at the AT&T Stadium, in Texas in the United States.

According to The Guardian, Paul is said to be 30 years the junior of the legendary boxer. Age, speed, and technique are some of the things spectators are yet to see if they will play a part in the ring during the fight.

The boxing match can be caught by some viewers on Netflix. Those watching it on the platform will also be getting a chance to catch the fighters live.

Taking to Instagram, Paul said: “My sights are set on becoming a world champion, and now I have a chance to prove myself against the greatest heavyweight champion ever, the baddest man on the planet.” He then praised Tyson as “the most dangerous boxer of all time”.

“This will be the fight of a lifetime,” Paul added.

TAKE A LOOK AT SOME REACTIONS FROM SOCIAL MEDIA USERS

“Jake Paul’s a good boxer and Mike’s obviously not in his prime anymore, but if Mike loses or this is a tie then we absolutely know for sure that this is faked, or at least staged,” @FSAPOJake said.

“I said it once and I will say it again. Jake Paul claiming to be a boxer while preying on retired combat sports athletes who have sustained a career’s worth of injuries is one of the most utterly pathetic displays of cowardice I have ever seen in my entire life,” @I_AM_SATURDAY commented.

“Who’s going to be Jake’s plastic surgeon after the fight? I hope it’s a good one. He’ll need it 🤡,” @Berlin89Brew wrote.
