Former Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane’s age was revealed as he celebrated his birthday on 26 July 2023.

The age of famous South African coach Pitso Mosimane was revealed on his birthday.

Pitso Mosimane is one of the most talented coaches in South Africa, and he has won a lot.

He is considered South Africa’s best coach, alongside Gavin Hunt and Gordon Igesund.

With many fans supporting him since his days with Mamelodi Sundowns and the Bafana Bafana team, they were not aware of his age.

Even though he did not share his birthday on social media, some football legends and current players wished him a great day.

PITSO MOSIMANE’S AGE REVEALED ON HIS BIRTHDAY

The legendary coach was born on 26 July 2023 in Kagiso, Gauteng province, South Africa.

This year, he turned 59 and celebrated his birthday on a Monday.

He grew up being a soccer fan and joined Rockville Hungry Lions for his youth development.

He later joined Jomo Cosmos as his first club at a professional level and played twenty-seven games.

Since then, Pitso has joined other top clubs in the South African league, like Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns.

He also went abroad and played for Al Sadd and Qatari club before he turned into coaching.

PITSO’S COACHING ACHIEVEMENTS

Even if the birthday boy Pitso Mosimane’s age may be looking a bit younger, he started coaching many years ago.

He started as an assistant coach at Supersport United before he moved to the Bafana Bafana team as an assistant.

He took over the national team coaching role but did not win much and joined Mamelodi Sundowns.

At Sundowns, Pitso showed his class by winning all the available club-level trophies.

He won five Premier Soccer League trophies, two Nedbank cups and a Champions League cup.

Pitso joined Al Ahly and won the local Premier League and the Champions League.

He also won several other trophies, but the above are his top achievements.
