Hot on the heels of Jub Jub issuing an apology to Kelly Khumalo, Ntsiki Mazwai is demanding one too…

The media personality has reacted on Twitter to the Uyajola 9/9 presenter’s statement in which he apologised for causing his baby mama “hurt and distress”. Kelly and Jub Jub share 11-year-old son Christian together.

PODCAST AND CHILL AFTERMATH

Jub Jub’s statement comes two months after he appeared on MacG’s Podcast and Chill. What followed was a mud-slinging mess, with the rapper and TV presenter in the middle.

During his controversial interview, the outspoken star was accused of disrespecting both Kelly Khumalo and another ex; Amanda du Pont, who later accused him of rape.

A number of other women, including Masechaba Ndlovu, also followed suit with allegations that they had been raped by Jub Jub. This resulted in his family threatening to lay “criminal charges” against the women.

But absent from this statement and previous one directed at Amanda du Pont, was his reactions to Ntsiki Mazwai taking offence to being referenced in the lawsuit to his accusers.

Jub Jub’s mother Mama Jackie also is embroiled in a defamation of character lawsuit against Amanda and Masechaba after claiming her “life was in danger” following their accusations on social media. Her case us currently pending.

JUB JUB AND NTSIKI MAZWAI

In his official statement threatening to sue Amanda, Masechaba and others over their accusations of rape, Jub Jub’s attorneys referenced Ntsiki Mazwai. They also claimed that rape allegations “have damaged his reputation and infringed his rights to privacy and dignity”.

The legal team referenced how DJ Fresh had sued Ntsiki for defamation after she shared tweets made by a woman who accused the radio presenter of rape. Ntsiki lost the case and was ordered to pay the legal fees relating to the case.

She shared her own statement on Instagram in December, posting: “I would like to correct something. I lost my case because I posted about an alleged victim and she did not come forward to verify the story. It is not the same as Amanda, Masechaba and the other ladies who are the originators of their posts and stories”.

‘CAN I ALSO HAVE AN APOLOGY?’

Taking to Twitter on Thursday morning, Ntsiki Mazwai demanded an apology from Jub Jub.

She tweeted: “Can I also have an apology for your family dragging my name when trying to intimidate these women. That was unfair and unacceptable. We grew up together. I know your family, you know mine. What you did was trash to me”.

In another tweet, she added: “Don’t throw me under the bus to protect your skin…. When you were wrong. 3 many people have done that to me. Trying to hide amanyala abo [their immorality] with my name”.
