American model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen revealed that she and her husband John Legend secretly welcomed a baby via surrogate five months after the birth of their daughter Esti.

Lip Sync Battle host Chrissy Teigen took to Instagram with a slideshow to reveal that she and her husband – singer John Legend have welcomed another baby via surrogate. The baby is named Wren Alexander Stephens. This comes just five months after Chrissy gave birth to their daughter Esti.
The TV personality revealed that she has always wanted four children and after she lost her son Jack, she didn’t think she could carry a child on her own again.
“For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted four children,” she began the lengthy post.

She then reached out to a surrogacy agency and met Alexandra, who carried baby Wren.
“All our wishes and dreams aligned…I wanted to be her friend, I wanted our children to play, I wanted dinner together, I wanted to lay my head on her belly and be able to feel the hiccups and kicks. I wanted them to be in our lives,” she wrote.
Chrissy revealed that the first embroyo transfer did not survive. However, Alexandra fought to be ready for a second transfer. While the TV personality told John she wanted to try to carry her own baby again. The couple were “overjoyed” that Alexandra became pregnant with a little boy, amid Chrissy’s pregnancy with Esti.
Baby Wren was born on 19 June.

THE TV PERSONALITY REVEALS SHE HAD AN ABORTION
This comes after Chrissy revealed that her late son Jack’s passing in September 2020 was the result of an abortion, not a miscarriage like she previously stated. The Lip Sync Battle star is married to singer John Legend.
She explained that she made a difficult decision to terminate her pregnancy at 20 weeks. This was after she learnt that baby Jack would most likely not survive. Teigen made the bombshell confession at A Day of Unreasonable Conversation summit on 15 September according to The Hollywood Reporter
“Let’s just call it what it was: It was an abortion. An abortion to save my life for a baby that had absolutely no chance. And to be honest, I never, ever put that together until, actually, a few months ago,” she said.
The couple previously said that Jack passed away due to complications caused by partial placental abruption. This is when the placenta detaches from the womb depriving the baby of oxygen and causes heavy bleeding in the mother.
“Two years ago, when I was pregnant with Jack, John and my third child, I had to make a lot of difficult and heartbreaking decisions. It became very clear around halfway through that he would not survive, and that I wouldn’t either without any medical intervention,” she continued.
Aside from Esti and Wren, the couple also have two elder children Luna (7) and Miles (5).
