After hearing that American actor, ‘Black-ish’ star Anthony Anderson graduated after 50, one of his fans said, ‘So proud of you.’

After having gotten his success from doing stand-up comedy and acting, America’s Anthony Anderson took to Instagram and announced that he had graduated and at 51, he had obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree which had his fans extremely proud.

Sometimes circumstances stand in the way of reaching ones goals. However, the Black-ish star has proven that if you truly want something, you never give up, no matter what.
On his timelines, he shared how his life has come full circle and penned,
“Words can’t begin to describe the emotional roller coaster I’m on right now. It’s literally been 30 years in the making. This spring I was finally able to complete the work to graduate from Howard University with a BFA degree from the Chadwick A Boseman College of Fine Arts! Yesterday was a full-circle moment.

Anderson then thanked his support system and said,
“It’s never too late! Things happen when they’re supposed to happen! I’d like to thank Dr. Wayne Fredrick, Dean Phylicia Rashad, Dean Denise Saunders Thomas and Courtney Bless Long for helping to make this happen for me! It takes a village. Thank you to my son @hotboynato for inspiring me to return to school to finish my degree after he was accepted into Howard University. This is just the beginning!”
In the midst of getting his bachelor’s degree Anderson has been managing living with type 2 diabetes, Essence Magazine reported. He was said to have been living with the disease for about 20 years now. The hilarious actor has been quite active in educating the world about the chronic health condition.
