“There I was fifth floor, that’s where my penthouse was. I went back down and found Bonang literally she was walking out of her room because she was shooting. The image of her smiling and waving saying hi, never left,” he said.

“Two days later I asked everyone at the office, who was that girl… then somebody said she was there audition for the Lotto but was too young because she was 19. I asked if I could please have all the details, to cut a long story short that’s how Bonang got on,” he continued.

He went on to say that he was only doing his job and that Bonang is the best of her time.

“I don’t want credit for doing my job. My job was to find the very best thing I could find to co-anchor this show with me and I did find it. The accolade is in what she is doing, that is my remuneration. She needs to do better for me to even feel better, she is the best of her time!” he added.
