Actor and businessman Arnold Schwarzenegger is seemingly tired of people who refuse to wear their face masks. The Terminator actor did an interview on 11 August where he spoke about COVID-19 and the misinformation that is being spread about it. He also took some time to verbally attack those who refuse to follow safety protocols.

Famous actor Arnold Schwarzenegger did not mince his words in a recent interview about COVID-19. The former bodybuilder was asked his opinion on the misinformation that has been circling about the virus’s Delta variant, and he most certainly does not approve.

According to Arnold, freedom comes with responsibility. This is addressed to anti-maskers who believe that they are being stripped of their freedom by being forced to wear masks and take the vaccine.

“Screw your freedom. Because with freedom comes obligations and responsibilities. You cannot just say, ‘I have the right to X, Y and Z.’ When you affect other people, that is when it gets serious.”

Arnie then goes on to call those who are still refusing to wear masks “shmucks.”

“But you know something? You’re a schmuck for not wearing a mask.”

TMZ reports that Arnie is certainly taking the virus and the precautions to prevent it from spreading very seriously. The star reportedly shared a video of himself getting the jab at the Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

He also called on everyone to work together to help stop the worldwide pandemic in its tracks.

Meanwhile, other celebs also take a stand against COVID-19

Another TV favourite is also campaigning for people to wear their masks and get the vaccine. Actress Jennifer Aniston reportedly avoids friends and family members who are not yet vaccinated. According to Washington Post, the star feels like she is obligated to inform others about the vaccination.

During an InStyle interview the Friends actress said:

“I’ve just lost a few people in my weekly routine who have refused or did not disclose, and it was unfortunate.”

Wonderwall also reports that Ariana Grande also got vaccinated. The singer headed to her Instagram on 1 August this year to tell her fans that she is “vaxxed and masked.” She also encouraged them to do the same.
