SUMMARY:

The Premier of KwaZulu-Natal Nomusa Dube-Ncube this morning (Friday, 7 April) joined the Diakonia Council of Churches in praise and worship during its Annual Ecumenical Good Friday Service in front of the Durban City Hall, at dawn from 6am. The theme for the Good Friday Service is “A quest for life in all abundance”, according to the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government.

As part of the procession Premier Dube-Ncube carried the cross, across the streets of Durban in remembrance of the crucifixion of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. She said this is an annual service whereby Christians observe the commemoration of the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
