This weekend sees a break in PSL action as the top flight teams engage in in the Telkom Knockout. For teams who finished on the lower half of the table, this is their first taste of cup action this season as they sat out the MTN8.

Teams like Orlando Pirates and Ajax Cape Town- who finished 11th and 12th last season respectively – will be relishing the opportunity to have a go at some silverware. While the likes of Bidvest Wits and Platinum Stars will hope a change of competition means a change in their fortunes after a disappointing start to the current season.
