Al Hilal have submitted a world record bid to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe, according to reports, as rumours over his immediate future continue to swirl.

BIG MONEY DEAL ON THE CARDS

On Monday morning, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claimed the staggering bid to sign Mbappe is worth €300 million [£260m], which would smash the previous world record fee previously set by Neymar €222m [£191m].

Al Hilal are prepared to offer the French forward a salary package of €700 million [£604] over one year, in a deal that will see the superstar earn a weekly salary of €13m.

After suggesting no talks between the player’s camp and the Saudi Pro League club had taken place, Romano added that PSG “remain convinced” that the 24-year-old France international has already agreed terms with Real Madrid.

He also claims there is a “contract ready” regarding a move to Los Blancos, who have already brought in Jude Bellingham, Arda Guler and Fran Garcia ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.
