Monnapule Saleng scored the other two goals and won the man of the award for his performance – his second in as many matches for Pirates.

The goal was Erasmus’ third as a Pirates player against Sundowns and a seventh overall as he did score against them while playing for both SuperSport United and Cape Town City.
