Kaizer Chiefs cult hero Nurkovic still owed cash

The Serb reported the KwaZulu-Natal side to FIFA after he was dismissed in October 2022. They terminated his two-year contract just two months in, and without compensation. The former Kaizer Chiefs striker was injured for the majority of his time there sand approached FIFA who ruled in his favour.

SABC Sport reports that the figure Royal AM owe to the player includes his salary for the entire contract, representativesโ€™ fees and interest accrued from delays. It’s a little ironic that Billiat’s exit from Kaizer Chiefs seems to now hinge directly on another former Amakhosi star.
