Speaking on the Nkululeko on Cultr YouTube channel, the 37-year-old striker revealed that the experience is unforgettable.

“No one could speak because usually after the game, we would pray, but we stood so long in that change room guys did not want to go shower. No one wanted to do anything. We were all numb,” Parker said.

“It felt like a sword that went through the heart,” the Benoni-born star added.

Meanwhile, Parker is expected to lead TS Galaxy in their new season opener at home to newcomers Cape Town Spurs on Saturday, 5 August.
