Pirates star delivers the goods at Chippa

Orlando Pirates midfielder Goodman Mosele is flying at Chippa United, thanks to two Man of the Match performances.

Sometimes you need to leave Orlando Pirates on loan to show your talent. Goodman Mosele has won two Man of the Match gongs in three games.

ORLANDO PIRATES SEND GOODMAN MOSELE ON LOAN TO CHIPPA UNITED

As confirmed in previous weeks, the 23-year-old Mosele left Soweto to seek more game-time in Gqeberha at the Chipa United.

Following his marvellous Man of the Match performances against Kaizer Chiefs on matchday one and in Tuesday’s 1-1 draws with Bucs, Mosele’s teammate Roscoe Pietersen has revealed what the Stilfontein-born star has brought to the Chilli Boys

“Having won two man-of-the-match awards already speaks for itself,” Pietersen told FARPost

“He adds stability and aggression in midfield, which helps both defence and attack. He’s a very good acquisition.”

“Going out on loan is a great opportunity to show your parent club what you’re capable of doing, and that’s what he did last night with his performance,” added Pietersen.

According to the club’s latest update, the two attacking midfielders from Maritzburg United and Mamelodi Sundowns, respectively, are simply getting closer to their Pirates debuts.

“… the likes of Lesedi Kapinga and Karim Kamvuidi are inching closer to their respective Bucs debuts,” the club said on Friday on its webpage.

Meanwhile, the Buccaneers are in Moroni, Comoros to face Djabal FC in the CAF Champions League on Saturday.
