Two clubs join Pirates to chase speedy winger

Orlando Pirates have learned that they are not the only team after Mokete Shaune Mogaila. Two more clubs have joined the race.

DStv Premiership giants Orlando Pirates always love speedy wingers. It is no surprise to find Mokete Shaune Mogaila linked with the Sea Robbers.

ORLANDO PIRATES TARGET ROYAL AM’S MOGAILA

According to reports that date back to June 2023, the 28-year-old is in the final months of his deal with “Thwihli Thwahla.”

The winger from Limpopo’s Ga-Mashashane, who made his name in the University of Johannesburg’s Varsity Cup team, has only delivered two assists and zero goals in 16 games.

TWO CLUBS JOIN THE RACE

Despite the low goal output, Mogaila has reportedly attracted interest from two more local clubs.

“According to FARPost sources, AmaZulu and Sekhukhune United have joined the race, adding the player to their wishlists,” the outlet reported.

“Just like Pirates, Usuthu were previously linked with him last year, they’re said to have revisited their interest,” the report added.
