Asked to name the best defender he faced in his career, the in-form Upington City star gave Ngezana’s surname.
“One of the most difficult players I’ve ever come against is Siyabonga Ngezana. He was very hard to beat,” Makgalwa revealed to FARPost.

“A lot of people don’t know that Ngezana is very good with one-on-one situations. He always gave me a tough time.
“My rivalry with Ngezana comes from our time in the [DStv] Diski Challenge before our promotion to the senior team. So I can say he’s one defender I’ll always think about before the match,” the former Sundowns attacker concluded.
