Njabulo Blom turns 23: What’s Kaizer Chiefs star’s biggest wish?

Kaizer Chiefs utility player Njabulo Blom is celebrating his 23rd birthday TODAY, 11 December 2022, and perhaps it’s time he makes a wish.

As things stand, Blom faces a bleak future with no agreement in place between him and Chiefs regarding his immediate future.

Blom is fast approaching the final six months of his contract with Chiefs, meaning he will be eligible to sign a pre-contract with a club of his choice come 1 January.

NJABULO BLOM’S BIGGEST WISH IS NEW KAIZER CHIEFS DEAL

Blom’s biggest wish right now is to get his future sorted out as soon as possible with Chiefs his preferred club beyond June 2023.

Of course, Blom has options available to him but staying at Chiefs would make more sense as he’s been with them for years since his promotion.

Should Chiefs meet Blom’s salary demands this month, it would certainly be the best birthday present, and it is surely his biggest wish.

BLOM’S SECOND WISH IS TO SCORE A GOAL AT PROFESSIONAL LEVEL

Blom’s second wish, and perhaps not the biggest is to score a goal as a professional footballer as this was eluded him over the past few years.

He has already admitted that he would like to know that feeling. Blom is professional of 94 competitive matches with no goal to his name and eight assists.

“I think every player has ambitions to score a goal. It’s a great feeling to see my teammates score. So, I just imagine how great it would feel if I scored my first goal,” said Blom to reporters in October 2022.
