You’ve probably heard it already, but Sundowns superstar joined an exclusive PSL club this weekend with his brace vs Belouizdad.

Mamelodi Sundowns striker Peter Shalulile is in a hurry to burn up the PSL record books.
With his brace in the CAF Champions League against Belouizdad, Shalulile now has 100 goals in South African football (73 for Sundowns, 27 for Highlands Park). In the PSL era, only six other players have hit that mark and he’s surely looking at the record number of 123, set by the legendary Siyabonga Nomvethe, as a realistic target. Shalulile is the seventh player to score a century of goals since start of the PSL era in 1996. Bradley Grobler is the only other active player to hit the mark, after doing so earlier this campaign. Shalulile is the quickest man to a century by some distance.
