One legend believes players can be able to sabotage or compromise a coach and he begs Kaizer Chiefs troops not to do that to Cavin Johnson.

Chiefs legend Lifa Gqosha believes the former Platinum Stars coach, Johnson can succeed at Chiefs if the troops back him.

The retired defender-cum-midfielder who also played for Mthatha Bucks says Johnson can turn things around at Chiefs but he will really need the troops to support him.

“Are you going to be able to manage the players and get the best out of them? Players now are the ones who are compromising the coaches,” Gqosha told Sowetan.

“If he can manage the players and they give him what he wants and cope with the pressure, I think he will be the right man.
