Kaizer Chiefs transfer news: New twist in Katlego Otladisa’s potential deal!

There is a new twist in Katlego Otladisa‘s potential move from Marumo Gallants to Kaizer Chiefs in this January transfer window.

Otladisa dropped a bombshell in his Instagram posts suggesting that he could be on his way to Naturena before the closing of the current window.

However, his club boss Abram Sello has vehemently denied anything linking Otladisa with a move to Chiefs.

Sello said media reports of Otladisa possibly leaving Gallants for Chiefs are nothing but an attempt ‘to do news hype’.

“Everybody just writes to do news hype. No, no — we are not into that. We want to build up our club as well.

“For now, there is nothing. Remember we still are placing building blocks here.

Sello, though, admitted that they could consider selling players, including Otladisa at the right price, but for now, their aim is to build a solid foundation at Gallants.

He added that no player is being sold at this point, including both Otladisa and Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo, saying what’s being reported in the media is ‘just stories’.

“And then it’s not that we won’t entertain the market at the right price. But for now, let’s allow us to build them, have quality, develop them and then maybe we would consider [selling players],” said Sello.

“For now, no, there is nobody being sold. [Ndabayithethwa] Ndlondlo too. It’s just stories.”

GALLANTS HAVE NOT BEEN APPROACHED – SELLO

Furthermore, Sello revealed that Gallants have not been approached for the services of any of their players linked with possible exits.

“No, we have not been approached. It’s just speculation or wishes from those who want to see that, but there is nothing now — we will see in future.”
