Moreover, their latest transfer target is an attacking star from Stellenbosch FC.

CHIEFS INTERESTED IN STELLIES ATTACKER

Stellenbosch FC definitely seems to be Amakhosi’s type.

They have signed the likes of Ashley Du Preez and Sibongiseni Mthethwa from Stellies.

Now, they have another attacker from their PSL rivals in mind.

“They are looking at strengthening the attacking part of their team. You have seen that the team has a good defensive midfield and now they want to balance it with the attacking midfielders that’s why they are looking at Nhlanhla (Mgaga) from Stellenbosch FC,” the report read on SoccerLaduma.

Meanwhile, the club is monitoring the player. However, it is unclear whether they have contacted the club as yet with no confirmation from either party yet.

“I don’t know whether they have talked to Stellenbosch already or if it is just for the team structure to discuss it first but they are monitoring him,” the source added.

AMAKHOSI STARS TO LEAVE TO MAKE WAY FOR NEW SIGNINGS

Amakhosi management want to keep the balance of the squad.

Therefore, if they are to sign an attacking midfielder you can expect a midfielder to be heading out. The same applies to any position. The likes of Sabelo Radebe and Siyethembe Sithebe are the most at risk given how far they have fallen down the pecking order.
