Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has confirmed that the Glamour Boys are looking to sign at least two more players!

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has confirmed that the Glamour Boys will go all out in signing TWO more players.
The first of which is a ‘bulky’ striker who can hold up play.
Chiefs got rid of strikers Leonardo Castro, Samir Nurkovic, Lazarous Kambole and Bernard Parker at the end of last season.

The only incoming striker at Naturena was Ashley Du Preez and Zwane has confirmed that another striker will arrive ahead of next season.

“We are still in the market looking for a striker, we are looking for a specific kind of striker at that,” the Kaizer Chiefs coach said as per IOL.
“We are looking for a big and bulky striker. One that can hold up balls for us because the ones we have right now are more reliant on their speed.
“So we need to have a variety in order for us to be dangerous at all times. The key thing for us at the moment is to do this process properly.
“Because we don’t want to be too hasty and buy any big striker. Kaizer Chiefs have done this in the past and it didn’t turn out so well.
“We are also looking for a left-footed centre back to cover that position because the players we have right now are mostly right footed so we want to add that flexibility.”
Kaizer Chiefs have welcomed no less than eight new players to the first team at Naturena and that number could soon increase!
The Glamour Boys also made a critical decision by confirming Arthur Zwane as their permanent head coach.
These major changes came following yet another trophyless season at Naturena.

Kaizer Chiefs signed a number of exciting players in Yusuf Maart, Dillon Solomons, George Matlou, Kamohelo Mahlatsi and Siyethemba Sithebe.
The Glamour Boys also welcomed Stellenbosch FC stars Zitha Kwinika and attacker Ashley Du Preez to Naturena while Mduduzi Shabalala was promoted to the first team.
