Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates have several players on the brink of qualifying for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar despite Bafana Bafana’s failure to qualify.

Africa’s third and final round of qualifiers take place between the 25 and 29 March.
Despite Bafana’s failure to qualify for the tournament, the Soweto giants still have FOUR players that could feature at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Chiefs have one player eligible well Pirates have three.
For Amakhosi, Daniel Akpeyi is the only player who can still qualify. While Pirates have Kwame Peprah, Olisa Ndah and Richard Ofori.
However, Ndah is currently not part of Nigeria’s squad. While Peprah and Ofori represent Ghana.
At the last showpiece, back in 2018, only one player was represented by the Soweto giants. Akpeyi, played for the Super Eagles who bowed out the competition at the competition in the group stages.
This year there is a high probability of there being more players.
