Former Chiefs star gets his THIRD diploma

Former Kaizer Chiefs star Reneilwe ‘Yeye’ Letsholonyane has separated himself from his peers. He is the holder of three coaching diplomas.

Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Reneilwe Letsholonyane has become hot property.

The former player known as ‘Yeye’ has earned himself a rather high coaching qualification.

KAIZER CHIEFS’ FORMER STAR RENEILWE LETSHOLONYANE GETS ANOTHER COACHING QUALIFICATION

Having previously earned the CAF C Licence Diploma in 2021 in South Africa, the CAF B Licence in 2022 in Zambia, the former Chiefs midfield ace has now bagged the CAF A Licence via the Botswana Football Association.

“And the year started with a BANG😅😅,” Letsholonyane said via X.

“3 years straight of self empowerments, acquiring knowledge, traveling, sleepless nights and and and..SHEW

“2021 -South Africa – C licence
2022 – Zambia – B license
2023 – Botswana – A license,” the Chiefs legend concluded.

Meanwhile, with these honours and high publicity, Letsholonyane is expected to face offers from local and continental clubs.

Meanwhile, all attention is turning towards Bafana Bafana and AFCON 2024.

Hugo Broos side is meeting for training camp on Thursday 4 January in Stellenbosch before departing for the Ivory Coast on 11 January.

The first game will be against Mali on 16 January, before Namibia on the 21st and Tunisia on the 24th.

Speaking to the media after announcing his final squad, Bafana coach Broos sounded like the highly experienced coach that he is.

“Passing the group stages has to be our first goal, but it is the most difficult thing to do in the tournament,” Broos said via TimesLIVE.

“You are playing against three opponents who are 100% motivated and 100% physically and mentally in order, and they also want to pass the group stages.  

“From there it depends on who you are playing against in the knockout stages; you can play against Morocco or Senegal,” the AFCON 2017 champion with Cameroon added.

“Even with Cameroon six years ago, we played the quarterfinal match against Senegal, and we won on penalties.

“In a tournament everything is important, but let’s focus from the start on the group stages and try to qualify to the next round.

“I have the experience with Cameroon six years ago that this was most difficult thing in the tournament and this is because everyone can win against everyone. Namibia can beat Tunisia, or us, and we can beat Tunisia.

“You never know in group stages, so let’s say we have to pass the group stages,” Broos concldued.
