The Nasreddine Nabi-Kaizer Chiefs deal is reportedly off with Amakhosi management and the former Yanga SC coach failing to reach an agreement.

The Nabi-Chiefs deal is reportedly off now, according to SoccerLaduma.

Amakhosi management and Nabi could not reach an agreement.

CHIEFS-NABI DEAL OFF

Surprise reports have emerged claiming that the Nabi-Chiefs deal has fallen through.

“Kaizer Chiefs could unveil a new coach before the end of the week, and SoccerLaduma has picked up sensational information that it is certainly not Yanga SC double treble-winning coach Nasreddine Nabi,”

“The Siya crew has been reliably informed that negotiations with Nabi appear to have deadlocked, largely because of the Tunisian’s insistence that he wanted his own technical team,” the source added.

Meaning, Arthur Zwane could be handed a lifeline.

Furthermore, Amakhosi management are trying to negotiate a deal for Mamelodi Sundowns man, Manqoba Mngqithi.

If these reports are true, Amakhosi management still have several strong options available.

Mngqithi is the fan favourite but Brandon Truter and two international candidates have been linked to the job.
