Bernard Parker‘s future at Kaizer Chiefs is still not finalized, and his agent has revealed what the utility player’s ambitions are going forward.

According to Mike Makaab, who represents Parker, the player wants to stay at Naturena but the only thing left is to map out his future role at the club.

And how things pan out will depend on whether or not Chiefs see him as part of the institution beyond his playing career, Makaad said.

Furthermore, Makaab revealed that Parker wants to get into coaching when he retires from professional football, saying that’s a realistic dream given the player’s passion and leadership skills.

“Ideally, Bernard would love to get into the coaching side of the business. He is very passionate about it, and he’s a leader. That makes things a little more realistic for him,” added Makaab.

Parker’s future could, however, be decided by the incoming coach believed to be Stuart Baxter whom he worked with for three years at Chiefs.
