Kaizer Chiefs have reportedly acquired the services of a top professional to help them return the glory days to Naturena

Kaizer Chiefs have reportedly hired a new technical team member to help the team going forward.

According to reports, the Glamour Boys have acquired the services of renowned Sports Psychologist Dr. Henning Gericke.

The experienced Sports Psychologist is expected to help spark a winning mentality at the club.

Gericke was part of the 2007 Rugby World Cup-winning Springbok team.

Kaizer Chiefs defender Edmilson Dove has reportedly extended his contract at Naturena.

The Mozambican defender joined the Glamour Boys at the beginning of last season on a two-year deal.

The latest reports suggest the former Cape Town City defender has added two more years to his contract at Naturena.

This means he’ll remain contracted to the Chiefs until June 2026!

Dove extends contract at Chiefs?

“As of now, it’s as good as done. Both parties have agreed to the new deal. It’s a two-year deal.” a source told SoccerLaduma.

“I can’t say whether it is an improved one or not, but what I know is that he has agreed to that extension. They have been talking.”

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Molefi Ntseki has provided an important update on star man Keagan Dolly.

The Amakhosi midfielder has been sidelined with a knee injury since last season, but there is some good news!

Dolly has been out for over four months and has finally returned to training at Naturena.

While he’ll undoubtedly be gradually integrated back into the starting lineup, Kaizer Chiefs will indeed be pleased that their talisman is back on his feet.

“The other player who has just started training with the team is Keagan Dolly; he has been out for a very long time.” – Ntseki said, as quoted by IdiskiTimes.
